Foodie Friday: Banana Bread

Hi all, how it going?
I'm been in a baking phase over the last two week especially making this banana bread from a cookbook I haven't used in a while and I have made it twice in one week. Here's the recipe enjoy!

Ingredients
2 bananas mashed
2 cups of plain four
2 teaspoons of  baking powder
150g butter softened
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs whisked
1 teaspoon of mixed spice

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180'C.
2. Shift flour, mixed spice and baking powder into a separate bowl.
3.Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add one egg whisked at a time and beat together.
4. Add banana to the mixture. Then add the flour mixture, slowly folding into the mixture. Continue during this to ensures its mix all together.
5. Pour mixture into a lightly sprayed tin and place in the oven between 35-40 minutes.
6. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for ten minutes.

Then eat!
